Cuplock

Cuplock (Statared)

Cuplock verticals are provided in Ten different sizes with cup joints welded at 500 mm or 1000 mm intervals. The captive mobile top cups are malleable castings which endure rough site handling whilst the fixed bottom cups are pressed from high quality steel. Painted in durable pleasant colours as per buyers requirements.

Ledger

The Ledgers used in general support of framework, carefully selected range of sizes to meet the varied demands of grids system framework. Many of these can also be used for access structure. Each has forged blade ends with the minimum projection to resist site damage.

The Ledgers have forged blade ends which fit in the cup joint on the standard. They can be used in variety of Ledger size combinations to suit required bay size & loading conditions.

Intermidiate Transom

Intermediate Transom provides a safe mid-bay support for 38mm scaffold boards. They hold the ledgers in their jaw sections and prevent the central bending of the platform boards.

Cuplock Scaffolding System (Intermidiate Transom)

Spigoted Standards

Cuplock Standards have cup joints welded at every 500mm or 1000mm intervals, thus offering levels for working & also for bracing the standards while using in the slab support when loaded. Pigot are permanently welded to the Standard.

Cantilever Frames support the formwork beyond the external periphery of the slab. The frames have blade ends for locating in the cup joint & accept adjustable jacks in three positions of 1.2m, 1.25m & 1.3m.
