The principle feature of RAD R-Lock is the unique method of connecting ledgers and transoms to the standards in one single action without the use of nuts, bolts or wedges.
The locking devices, is formed by two cups, a fixed lower cup which is welded to the standard at pre-located intervals, and a sliding upper cup. The forged blade ends of ledgers and transoms are located in the lower cup, the upper cup is moved down to secure the component in place and tightened by a hammer blow to give a positive and rigid connection.
It is the revolutionary node point locking principle which makes RAD R-Lock faster to erect than any other pocket system scaffold.
There is not much time wasted in lining up pockets on standards as it does not have pockets at different levels. There is no loose parts and no delays trying to fit damaged wedges.
Both vertical and horizontal members are manufactured from 48.3mm overall diameter x 3.2mm thick tubes
RAD R-Lock products is usually primed and painted for maintenance free use. However the product could be galvanized, powder coated or electroplated based on our customers needs
RAD - K Lock conforms to BS1139 Part 5, HD1000, OSHA and Australian New Zealand Standards.

R-Stage Scaffolding

RAD R-STAGE is a versatile scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries, shipbuilding, offshore construction and industrial maintenance.
R-STAGE provides major savings in erection and dismantling times thus minimizing on-site costs. When not in use, its modular construction ensures minimal space requirements for storage.
RAD R-STAGE is a modular system scaffold with wedge fixing for all access scaffold requirements. The wedge fixing of the ledgers and transoms gives a simple and fast means of erecting access scaffolding without loose parts. Rigid four ways fixing giving a positive location without movement. Spigot and wedge fixed on the standard to give guaranteed vertical alignment.

R-Ring Access Scaffolding

Is a proven multi-purpose scaffold system which can be used for all forms of access and support structures in the building and construction industries, shipbuilding, offshore construction and industrial maintenance.
R-Ring is extremely versatile. It can be erected for straight, curved or circular configuration for both access and support, and also for independent mobile towers.
Both vertical and horizontal members are manufactured from 1.90" overall diameter x 10 gauge high strength steel tubing with a minimum yield strength of 50,000 lbs/inch2 and a minimum ultimate tensile strength of 75,000lbs/inch2.
There are no loose components on the R-Ring System that can be lost or require maintenance. All components are Hot Dipped Galvanized Finish with a minimum zinc coating of 85 microns.
RAD R-Ring Conforms to BS1139 Part 5, HD1000, OSHA and Australian New Zealand Standards.

Frame System (Light Duty)

The Light weight Frame System for access has bee specially designed for fast and easy assemble by unskilled operatives, coupled with the minimum of supervision. The basic system comprises of a small number of components, which fit together with the minimum of effort to form a firm and stable structure. Each frame incorporates quick action flip-lock fittings for the attachment of the horizontal and diagonal members.

Wall Formwork

The general purpose wall support combining high performance with simple, rapid assembly , great versatility and major cost advantages. The Steel wall form work provides maximum benefits when used with heavy duty ties and steel walings. The highlights of our wall formwork system is as follows

- The right length for the job. (Four metric sizes catering for all common formwork heights.
